Announced in 2016, The Foundry is a mixed-use development, located in the River’s Edge neighborhood at the site of a former grey-iron foundry, it will be a departure from typical office space models, incorporating a living office concept and an on-site dining option, to create a collaborative, campus-like feeling amongst its residents.
Located at the building’s north west corner will be a 4,500 square foot restaurant, operated by Millennium Restaurant Group. The restaurant – 600 Kitchen & Bar, named after the building’s address, will focus on farm to table cuisine, seasonal, local food and cocktails within a re-imagined space.
