Kingdom Sports Summer Camps

4-H Camp Kidwell

Kalamazoo Civic Academy of Theatre Arts
The Civic’s Academy of Theatre Arts will be offering two exciting camps this summer. In “On the Scene!” campers will work together and in small groups to create a one-of-a-kind world premiere theatre piece in this week long camp. In the two week camp, “Broadway Revisited”, campers will focus on the fantastic songs that are not the first that come to mind from Broadway, including great Act II numbers, big dance numbers and finales that time forgot!

Summer Time Adventure Camp
Every day is an adventure full of fun and learning at Rota-Kiwan Scout Reservation where boys and girls ages 6 to 12 will have the experience of a lifetime! Come for one week or up to five weeks and enjoy swimming, nature exploration, arts and crafts, boating, field games and many more activities!

True Vine Equestrian Center
Whether your child or teen has loved horses for years or just wants to try something new, True Vine is the place to be this summer! Campers receive expert riding instruction from certified teachers in a peaceful country setting. Campers not only experience horses through riding and grooming, but also experience God through His creation and His word – join us!
Young Rider Clinics 1 & 2, for ages 5-9, take place June 14-16 and July 5-7. Horse Clinics 1 & 2, for ages 9-18, take place June 19-23 and June 26-30. Kalamazoo Institute of Arts Summer Camp
Your children will love the fun and creativity of a week at the KIA art camp. For ages 4-K, the Kirk Newman Art School offers 5-day morning art camps the weeks of June 19, June 26, July 10 and July 24. For grades 1-5, there are 5-day camps, full or half days, through August 4 (excluding the week of July 4). Specialty camps include two sessions each of Mixed Media Art Camp for ages 11-16 (July 17 & 31) and Teen Filmmaking Camp for ages 12-17 (June 26 & July 24); and one session of Toy and Model Design Camp for ages 9-12 (July 10).
Registration is open for Spring Break Art Camp, April 3-7, and Spring Art Classes, Saturdays beginning April 15.

Kalamazoo Country Day School
Offer your pre-schooler a summer program, run by certified teachers and packed with fun-filled days of both indoor and outdoor play! Half-day or full day, the choice is yours.
Since the entire school can be our playground, the kids will enjoy stories in the library, messy projects in the art room, the kitchen will be available for baking, and, of course, the gym and playgrounds will be available for plenty of running around. Plus, we promise that water will be an integral part of everyday!
