We’ve compiled a list of some of the places to take your child to in the Kalamazoo area if he or she is interested in taking martial arts. Before enrolling, take the time to visit the dojo and speak to the instructor, and also view or take a trial class (if available) to see if that dojo and instructor are right for your child. It’s also important to do research into what martial art might be right for your child and your family. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, and make sure to inquire as to any extra fees for equipment, membership, or association fees.
