Happy Spring Break! It’s hard to believe that April is already here. There are so many fun things happening this weekend. You’ll want to make sure that you take a look at our Event Calendar, too! This weekend especially is loaded with a ton of family events and activities.

For this weekend, try one of these events…

FOR THIS WEEKEND

Entire Family

Easter Egg Hunts

This is a BIG weekend for Easter Egg Hunts. You’ll want to check out one that looks fun for the whole family.

One of our favorites is the 18th Annual Easter Egg Hunt by the Kalamazoo Parks and Recreation Department. This is held on April 4 from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at Homer Stryker Field. See link above for more details.

Easter Brunches

We published this list earlier this week, but there may be a few last minute openings. We also heard that there are Easter buffets at Holiday Inn West and Mangia Mangia. While Martel’s and Fieldstone Grill don’t have Easter Brunches per se, they do have interesting looking Easter Menus. Yum!

First Saturday @ KPL

Saturday, April 4 from 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm at the Kalamazoo Public Library-Central Location in Kalamazoo.

  • Take your family to the library the first Saturday of every month! Enjoy stories, activities, guests, and door prizes! First Saturdays are hosted by local organizations supporting children and families in the Kalamazoo area! In April, learn to create on your feet with improvisation activities with the Kalamazoo Civic Theatre.
