Holiday Bazaar & Craft Show

Saturday, November 23 at the Richland Community Center in Richland

  • The entire community center will be filled with your favorite vendors and crafters including handmade jewelry, Peddler Patty, sport necklaces, It Works, Jamberry Nails, Pampered Chef, birdefeeders, ladies clothing, My Scarf Gallery, Usborne Books, Pink Zebra, rugs, home decor, Discovery toys and lots of crafters!

Legos & Duplos & Play + Fun!

Saturday, November 23  at the Portage District Library in Portage

  • Come on in and express your creativity. LEGOS of various sizes will be provided for all ability levels. Look for your creations on our library Facebook page. (All creations remain at the library).

Thanksgiving Storytime

Saturday, November 23 at Barnes and Nobles in Portage

  • Join us for our annual Thanksgiving Storytime featuring Thankgiving Day Thanks, a heartwarming story about Sam the Bear and his animal friends as Sam learns what he’s truly grateful for. Crafts and refreshments will follow.

Jungle Book Kids

Saturday, November 23 @ 3pm and 6 pm in the Comstock Community Auditorium in Comstock, MI

  • The jungle is jumpin’ with jazz! Join Mowgli, Baloo, King Louie and the gang as they swing their way through madcap adventures and thwart the ferocious tiger, Shere Khan. Performed by the Homeschool Performing Arts group. Specially adapted from the beloved Disney film, this musical includes all your favorite tunes, like “The Bare Necessities,” and “I Wan’na Be Like You.” The Jungle Book KIDS is sure to be a crowd-pleaser for all ages.

Battle Creek Holiday Parade

Saturday, November 23 In Downtown Battle Creek

  • Kick off the holiday season with the annual Holiday Parade in the heart of downtown Battle Creek. The parade features exciting and traditional holiday entries that such as floats, classic cars, bands, clowns, and community walking groups. This is also the start of the International Festival of Lights!
