It’s that time of year again. For those with little ones, you’ll want to mark your calendar for the 18th Annual Party in the Park at Bronson Park on Wednesday, May 27, 10:00 -11:00 am. This is a great community event.

Did You Know?

Since 1998, Ready to Read has celebrated national Stand for Children Day with a special story hour to focus community attention on the importance of sharing books with young children.

Kalamazoo County preschoolers, their parents, teachers, and child care providers are invited to Bronson Park to hear stories read by community leaders and costumed characters.

Each child will receive:

  • A healthy snack and juice
  • A gift book courtesy of Kalamazoo Public Library

You’ll need to RSVP by calling (269) 553-7873 by May 26. Bring a blanket to sit on. Portable toilets will be available at the park. Weather cancellations my apply.
