Want an idea of something to do on a rainy or gloomy summer day around Kalamazoo? Why not check out one of the local movie theaters summer movie options. These are a great way to keep the kiddos occupied. Showtimes and movies may change at any time. Please check with theaters directly before you head out. 

Kids Summer Movies

Kids Summer Movies are coming to select theaters starting Monday, June 16! See select movies for only $1 each, Monday through Friday at 10:00 am. Tickets are just $1 for all ages!

“Kids Camp” Free Movies at the Alamo Drafthouse

Alamo Drafthouse Kids Camp is an affordable way for families to watch great films together all summer. Choose your own ticket price – $1-$3 and buy your tickets online to reserve your seats in advance. 100% of ticket sales are donated to local nonprofits working to make our community a better place. Kids Camp screenings are available for guests ages 3 and up. Please, no infants at Kids Camp (but bring them along on Baby Day). Buy tickets at the box office or online at drafthouse.com/kalamazoo

All showings are FREE! Movies are Monday-Friday at 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Concession stand is open and treats are available for purchase. Movies start June 8 and run through August 21, titles change every week!

Please be aware, with some popular titles the theatre may be full at the 2:00 pm showing. If this is the case, staff will encourage guests to return at 4:00 pm.
