FANG-tastic Kalamazoo Trick or Treating Alternatives on October 31

Kids Halloween Costumes

Halloween Day (and Night) Events Near Kalamazoo

Will the weather cooperate for trick or treating this year? In our last few years here, we’ve seen temperatures range 30 to 60 degrees, with occasional visits of rain and snow. Yes- SNOW. It’s a little harder to see Batman under his puffy coat, hat and mittens.

As card-carrying Michiganders, we know that Halloween in Kalamazoo is a bit of a gamble. Since we don’t have a crystal ball and many families may skip trick or treating this year due to COVID-19, we’ve rounded up alternatives to traditional door-to-door candy visits.

There are a variety of spooktacular events and activities happening on Halloween – with a number of indoor options to stay warm and dry, just in case.

Whatever your family plans this year, we wish you a safe and fun Halloween!

This year Halloween comes with a set of recommended precautions from the CDC. You can read them here.
