Thursday, June 6, 2019 - 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us at Wenke Greenhouses on Thursday, June 6th at 6pm as we welcome Julie Brenneman. Julie joins us to talk about worm composting – a clean and odorless way to turn food waste into a rich fertilizer. Julie will teach us how to set up and maintain our own worm composting system, creating nutrient rich garden soil. Following the discussion, any kids in attendance will be able to get hands on with their own mini composting cup complete with composting worm to take home.

This workshop is family friendly and will allow for close up and interactive discussion for both kids and adults alike.

This class is one of the many FREE classes we offer at Wenke Greenhouses. Check our classes and events schedule on our website at https://wenkegardencenter.com to see what other FREE classes are offered this season!
