Leapin’ leprechauns! This festive holiday is back — and it’s full of activities that are great for kids. We have some great area parades that you’ll want to check out. Plus, some other fun St. Patrick’s ideas, too.
March 14 starting at 11:00 am in downtown Kalamazoo.
Join us for our 15th annual St. Patrick’s parade on March 14th, 2015. The parade steps off at 11:00 a.m. on the Burdick St. Mall, at Michigan Ave. in beautiful downtown Kalamazoo. The parade goes on, rain, snow or sun.

Our 14th annual Kalamazoo St. Patrick’s Day parade took place on, March 15th, 2014 in Downtown Kalamazoo. Judy Sarkozy served as Grand Marshall. Kicking off at 11:00 a.m. at the corner of Michigan and Burdick Streets, the parade traveled south down Burdick to Cedar Street, turning right on Cedar St and ending at the Knights of Columbus Hall where corned beef and cabbage was served. Over 50 local groups, families, schools, organizations and businesses participated in the annual event.
March 14 starting at 2:00 pm in downtown Saugatuck.
11th Annual ‘Erin Go Bark! Pets and their People’ Parade Sponsored by the Saugatuck-Douglas CVB. Prizes will be awarded for the Best Dressed Pets! Line-up at 1:30 pm at the Culver Street Parking Lot next to the Saugatuck Center for the Arts. For more info call (269) 857-1701.
March 14 starting at noon at the downtown Holland Civic Center.
Join us for the Annual St Patrick’s Day Parade in Downtown Holland! Parade begins at the Holland Civic Center at noon and goes along 8th Street to end at the Curragh (73 East 8th Street). Irish Dancers, bagpipers, and kilt-wearers are just a few of the parade highlights! Families and individuals wearing green are invited to participate in the parade and carry Irish flags. A limited number of flags will be available at no charge.
March 14 starting at 7:00 pm at Rollerworld in Kalamazoo.
Join the fun at Rollerworld for our Lucky Charm Late Skate. Balloon drop at 11:30 pm.
March 17 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Washington Square branch of the Kalamazoo Public Library.
Drop in to have fun creating some crafts in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. Grades K-5.
