Annual Easter Egg Hunt, Golden Orchards, Fennville

  • Activities include face painting, Easter bunny pictures, age-appropriate egg hunts, snacks, visits from the police department and fire department and prizes!
  • Children will be separated into age groups for the Easter egg hunt. From 10:30-11:00 a.m., children ages 18 months to 3 years old will hunt. Children ages 4-6 years old will hunt from 11-11:30 a.m.From 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., children ages 7-9 years old will hunt. From 12:30-1:00 p.m., children ages 10-12 years old will hunt.

Easter Egg Hunt 2017, Olde World Village, Augusta

  • Free event for children under 12 years old to hunt for eggs!
  • Activities start at 10:00 a.m. and the hunt begins at 11:00 a.m.
  • Children will be separated into age groups.
  • Pictures with the Easter bunny will be available.

20th Annual Egg Hunt, Mayors’ Riverfront Park (football/soccer field at Mayors’), Kalamazoo

  • Free event for families including crafts, face painting and a visit from the Easter bunny.
  • Event runs from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
  • Children will be separated into age groups (0-3, 4-6, 7-9) to hunt for eggs.
  • Families will be entered into prize drawings upon registration.

Family Easter Egg-stravaganza, Pathfinder Church, Portage

  • Free family event including a free dinner.
  • Event runs from 5-7:00 p.m.
  • Easter egg hunt for children 0 – 5th grade.

Community Easter Egg Hunt, Lifespring Church, Kalamazoo

  • Free and open to the public.
  • Event time is 1:00-2:00 p.m.
  • Children under 13 years of age.

Easter Factory, Gracespring Bible Church, Richland

  • Free and open to the public.
  • Event runs from 10:00 am -12:00 pm.
  • This event is for birth to 5th graders! This event will be a hands-on, interactive experience.
  • Families will explore our Easter Factory Workstations! You’ll also find a petting zoo, egg decorating, and Easter Egg hunt

Easter Fun, Great Lakes Pondscapes, Paw Paw

  • Free and open to the public.
  • Event runs from 10:00 am- 12:00 pm
  • Community Easter Egg Hunt, Easter Bunny visit, face painting, bounce house, and a baby animal petting area.

Mattawan Easter Egg Hunt and Community Carnival, Antwerp Activity Center, Mattawan

  • Free and open to the public.
  • Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 12:00 outside with egg hunting for kids ages 0-12 with great goodies in the eggs, plus a bounce house and photo booth.
  • Community Carnival from 10:00 am -2:00 pm with games for all ages, great raffle prizes, food, Project Kidsight for vision screenings, and meet McGruff the Crime Dog.
  • Easter Bunny will be at both events all day for pictures.

Paw Paw Easter Egg Hunt, Kids Paradise Playground, Paw Paw

  • Free and open to the public.
  • Event runs from 10:30 am – 11:30 am.
  • Kids 12 and under. Find a golden ticket and will a prize.
  • Hosted by Red Arrow Ministries

Easter Eggstravaganza, Haven Church, Kalamazoo

  • Free and open to the public.
  • 3:00-4:00 pm.
  • 2 yrs – 5th grade with their favorite adult is welcome
  • Haven and Spring Valley Churches are teaming up.
  • Petting zoo, face painting, crafts, cookie decorating, games, bubbles, bounce houses followed by a sing-along, cartoons and prize drawings in the worship center for some GREAT prizes.

 8th Annual Easter Egg Hunt, Ike Payne Park, Galesburg

  • Free and open to the public.
  • 1:00 pm.
  • Open to kids 4th grade and younger.

Easter Carnival and Egg Hunt, Lawrence Elementary School, Lawrence

  • Easter Egg hunt is free and open to the public.
  • Open to kids up to 12 years old.
  • Carnival games tickets available to purchase, 40-foot inflatable obstacle course, and an appearance by the Easter Bunny.

Easter Egg Hunt, 12th Street Baptist Church, Kalamazoo

  • Free and open to the public.
  • 3:00 pm.
  • Kids ages 1 -10 are welcome to hunt.
  • Door prizes for the first 75 kids

Other Easter Events

Easter Bunny Express, Little River Railroad, Coldwater

  • Ride a train with the Easter bunny followed by an egg hunt in the park!
  • Adult tickets are $20 each and child tickets are $13, tickets are required
  • Train departs at 2:00 p.m. and is handicap accessible. Ride is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes long.
  • Train tickets are available for Friday, April 14th and Saturday, April 15th.

Easter Bunny Photos, Crossroads Mall, Portage

  • The Big Bunny himself will be at Crossroads Mall in Portage for photo opportunities from March 31st – April 15th.
  • Pictures are available Monday – Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sundays from 12-6:00 p.m. Extended hours from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. are available on Saturday, April 8th, Friday, April 14th and Saturday, April 15th.
  • Families can purchase photos at the mall and save 30% by pre-ordering online.

Easter Egg Coloring at Fieldstone Grill, Fieldstone Grill, Portage

  • Fieldstone Grill will be hosting a mess-free Easter egg coloring event for the whole family on April 15.
  • For $9.95 children will get a basket full of eggs, plus Easter treats and goodies.

Motown will meet the yellow brick road in the Tony Award-winning musical THE WIZ, being produced by the WMU Department of Theatre. The shows this weekend are: April 13, 14,  & 15 at  7:30 pm. Tickets for University Theatre productions can be purchased online at, by calling (269) 387-6222 or by visiting the Box Office between 12 pm and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

The Earth Day Festival is happening on April 15 from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Celery Flats Historic Area in Portage. Activities include live music, exhibits, games and giveaways such as tree seedlings. Food will be available for purchase. Numerous local vendors and organizations will be present.
