Golden Dragon Acrobats Present Cirque Ziva | February 20 at 8:00 pm | Miller Auditorium in Kalamazoo

  • Golden Dragon Acrobats Present Cirque Zíva blends a centuries-old Chinese art with today’s technology, creating a spectacle that mesmerizes audiences while promoting the group’s commitment to cultural exchange. Kalamazoo Junior Symphony | February 21 at 4:00 pm | Chenery Auditorium

  • The Stulberg International String Competition and the Kalamazoo Junior Symphony Orchestra welcome Bronze Medalist Hae Sue Lee (viola). The concert will feature her performance of Walton’s Viola Concerto, along with Mozart’s Overture to the Marriage of Figaro and Britten’s Young Person’s Guide to the Symphony. Tickets Adult – $15, Senior – $10, and Student – $5.

February is Open Cockpit Month at the Air Zoo. It’s a great opportunity to check out one of their amazing aircraft. The Air Zoo’s open cockpit experience is FREE with paid general admission and offers great photo opportunities.

Tutu run

Want to raise money for a good cause? Greater Kalamazoo Girls on the Run is preparing to host its TUTU RUN at Spring Valley Park in Kalamazoo on February 21 starting at 2:00 pm. Proceeds generated from event registration will support girls in the community who may not be able to afford the Girls on the Run program participation fee.
