Showcase of Youth Talent

Summer doesn’t seem complete without a trip to the county youth fair!

The Kalamazoo County Youth Fair returns this summer with activities and entertainment for kids of all ages beginning August 7 through August 11 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center and Fairgrounds.

Youth Fair

The Kalamazoo County Youth Fair is dedicated to providing an affordable family event full of fun and educational experiences! The event features free giveaways, over 400 animals, 4-H exhibits, nightly musical entertainment, food, and games!

Brimming with Entertainment

Theme Day Activities

Each day features a new theme for fun events: Superhero Day, Fairytale Day, Animal Adventure Day, Kalamazoo Day, and Farm and Garden Day

Youth Fair

Kid Expo Stage

The Kid Expo Stage will offer continuous entertainment with performances and demonstrations from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM. There will be performances by Binder Park Zoo, Once Upon a Princess, Alan Kazaam, Air Zoo, RJ Balloon!

Live Music

Nightly musical acts will perform spanning a variety of genres. All shows are included with paid admission. Double Strung, Lexi Adams, Big Boss Band will be performing! Check out the Full Lineup

More Details About the Kalamazoo County Youth Fair

The Mission of the Kalamazoo County Fair Council is to provide an entertaining family-oriented county fair that showcases agriculture and youth development in a safe, friendly, and well-kept environment.

Save time and Pre-buy wristbands! Available for purchase now through August 6 at the Kalamazoo County Parks Office (located inside the Kalamazoo County Expo Center at 2900 Lake Street) or at Kalamazoo Area Harding’s stores.

Admission and Carnival Rides are cash onlyDaily Admission is $6 for adults, $2 for kids 6-12 years old, and Kids 5 and under are FREEWeekly Admission is $18 for adults and $7 for children.
