Yoga Classes That Will Make Your Family Say, “Namaste”
Being a parent is a beautiful thing.
It’s fun, stressful, exciting, exhausting, and can often feel all-encompassing. As a parent, my mind is filled with thoughts of after-school activities, neverending grocery lists, and wondering if the laundry will ever get done.
The stress of parenthood can often overshadow the joy. Finding a way to relax is key to bringing the fun back to the forefront. For me, yoga is the answer.
We’re in luck as Kalamazoo has a number of options to roll out the mat for an energizing and mindful class any day of the week.
And if you want to get your children involved in a yoga practice, to help their concentration, flexibility, and strength, we’ve found the best places for you too.
