Bronson Primary Care Partners Offer Easy Appointment Scheduling in Multiple Cities

Being a parent is a tough gig.

From the moment your little squishy baby arrives, you are 100% responsible for their health and safety. And, when they get sick, it’s hard not to feel helpless when you alone cannot make it better.

That’s why a pediatrician’s availability is a big deal: no parent wants to wait a minute longer than necessary for their child to return her typical, happy and healthy self.

Bronson Primary Care Partners understands that waiting days to be seen is not okay when a little one is sick. Their pediatric offices are open 363 days per year to ensure kids feel better faster.

Bronson’s team also knows that location convenience is important; they opened four new pediatric offices in the Kalamazoo area in 2020 to meet local families’ healthcare needs.

Bronson Primary Care Partners’ New Pediatric Offices in SW Michigan

Bronson made a big investment in Kalamazoo in 2019 when it broke ground on seven new Primary Care Partners practices.

These spacious facilities (the majority are 12,000 square feet, featuring 20 exam rooms each) are spread throughout Southwest Michigan, offering convenient locations for families in Kalamazoo and surrounding communities.

All locations offer primary care providers for adults; four of the seven also include pediatric care.

Bronson opened seven new buildings in the summer of 2020

What Does a Pediatrician Do?

Pediatricians form long-term relationships with patients and their families, offering care for children from birth through adolescence. Most young adults transition to an internal medicine provider when they graduate high school.

While in their care, children receive annual well checks, maintenance of chronic conditions, and treatment of acute illnesses such as colds and influenza.

Annual Wellness Exams

Bronson’s pediatricians want to see their patients annually for a check up. These examinations help confirm the patient’s health and development is on track and gives both the child and parents an opportunity to ask questions.

These visits are also typically when a child receives immunizations or boosters.

Sports Physicals

Sports physicals are required annually for children participating in sports and are usually needed for the fall season.

Bronson recommends scheduling these early in June or early July, as end of summer is typically a very busy time for pediatric offices as kids return to school.
