Kalamazoo Civic Theatre offers two Spring Break camps March 30–April 3.
• Musical Theatre Camp (ages 4–8th grade) builds singing, acting, and dance skills through themed ensemble work.
• Acting & Scene Writing Camp (grades 3–8) guides youth from page to stage — writing and performing original scenes.
Both are full-day, professionally led, and end with a Friday Skills Showcase.

Camp 1: Syncopation Sensation (Grades PS-9)
• Get ready to sing, dance, and act your way through the rhythm and soul of jazz!
• Campers will dive into character development, vocal techniques, jazz dance routines, and ensemble performance—all while embracing the creativity and spontaneity jazz inspires.
• Led by passionate Teaching Artists, this 5-day adventure will be a showstopper!

• Unleash your imagination as you and your team create and stage an entirely original production!
• Through improvisation, storytelling, character development, and movement, you’ll work together to bring a one-of-a-kind show to life—guided by our expert Teaching Artists.
