Halloween Forest at Milham Park
Annual favorite Halloween Forest returns to Kalamazoo’s Milham Park with family-friendly activities, food and trick-or-treating.
This FREE Halloween event is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Halloween Forest Highlights
Halloween Forest serves as a free alternative to trick-or-treating.
In addition to candy, families can enjoy several inflatable games (like a giant corn maze, axe throwing, barnyard, bobbing for apples), concessions, magic show and character visits.

Stay for the hour-long magic show, starting at 3:00 PM.
Take a Photo with Favorite Characters
Kzoo Parks’ Halloween Forest invites characters to visit with families each year, and 2024 will be no exception.
Enter the Costume Contest
Have a great costume? Here’s how you can participate in this year’s contest:
- Get your photo taken at the contest backdrop.
- Vote on Facebook! Photos will be uploaded to the Kzoo Parks Facebook page in two categories: Family and Individual. The top three photos with the most likes in each category will win.
Refuel with Concessions
Free Candy & Cider
There will be plenty of Halloween candy for everyone to enjoy, as well as complimentary cider.
Food Available for Purchase
Vendors will be on-site with tasty snacks for purchase.
