Kalamazoo Day Camps (Grades K-5)
Start here if your girl is new to the idea of camp. She will enjoy exciting themes, try new things, go on adventures with new friends and visit Camp Merrie Wood for more enrichment activities.
Kalamazoo Day Camp is for ANY girl entering grades K – 5.
The themed camps run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an early drop-off option.

Overnight Camps
All Around Camp welcomes girls to stay overnight for a more in-depth camping experience. Offerings include four or six-day stays catered to different ages and interests.
Campers leave All Around Camp with new friends, resilience, decision-making skills, courage, and an appreciation for nature.
All Around Camps are offered at Camp Linden in Linden and Camp Merrie Woode in Plainwell.
All Around Camp (Grades 2-12)
Is your girl ready for a whole week of fun?
Girls entering grades 2-12 can attend All Around Camp for six-day sessions.
Boating, rock climbing, target sports and outdoor cooking await!
All Around Camp Mini (Grades 1-8)
A shorter camp might better fit your girl and your summer calendar.
First-time campers will enjoy the All Around Camp Mini.
Girls will experience everything camp offers for four days, including swimming, boating, and arts and crafts.
Camp FAQs
Do you need to be a Girl Scout to attend camp?
No. All girls are welcome at camp; campers do not have to be registered Girl Scouts to attend.
Is financial aid available?
Yes. Scholarships are available for all the camps, but girls must be registered Girl Scouts to apply.
What ages can attend GSHOM camps?
Day camps are for girls entering grades K-5. Overnight camps cover grades 1-12.

GSHOM was formed in 2008 when five Girl Scout Councils combined across mid-Michigan. Today, 5,000 volunteers serve over 10,000 girls in 34 counties.
