Yee-haw! What kid doesn’t love animals? From cows to horses to snakes, the Kalamazoo County Youth Fair has it all.
Prepare to be blown away by a medley of animal shows, a magician, character visits, climbing walls, inflatables, a civic theatre performance, and even a magical balloon guy.

Kalamazoo County Youth Fair Highlights
The Kalamazoo County Youth Fair is full of 4-H fun. From horse showmanship to pig shows, your kids are going to love mooing and neighing along with their favorite animals.
Saturday is for the kiddos and it will be farm-tastic! With climbing walls, inflatables and superhero training, the Family Festival has plenty of activities to keep those kids giggling all day long.

The KCYF team is hard at work packing in lots of activities for SWMI families. Plan for 4-H animal shows Tuesday through Friday, culminating with the big Family Festival on Saturday:

Tuesday Through Friday is Packed with 4-H Fun
Cheer on your fellow Kalamazoo kids (we’re not talking about the goats!) by attending a 4-H show at the beginning of the week.
The Kalamazoo County Youth Fair brings 200+ farm animals to the Expo Center including cows, sheep, goats, pigs and horses.
Experience the culmination of a year’s hard work and dedication to agriculture and responsible animal husbandry by stopping by Friday for the 4-H livestock auctions.
Saturday is Family Festival Day
Saturday’s festivities have something for everyone, with favorite characters, performances, food, and family friendly experiences:
- Princess Shows and Meet & Greets with Elsa, Belle, & Cinderella
