What is Kids Bowl Free?
Is bowling on your list of summer activities this year? Did you know you can work up a sweat bowling?
Fun fact: playing two to three bowling games can burn 300 – 500 calories, and the Kids Bowl Free Program can help your kids exercise all summer long – FOR FREE.
Kids Bowl Free is gearing up for its 2025 season, and families around our area want to know how it works.
If you have children between the ages of two and 15, they can bowl two games daily for FREE.

How Kids Bowl Free Works
Want to participate? Here’s what to expect:
1 – Register Online
Register online at the participating Bowling Alley of your choice. See the list below for participating Kalamazoo locations.
You’ll get a message on the sign-up page that looks like this: Congratulations, (insert your name here)! Your kids will be bowling for free until September or October date, 2025.
2 – Add Family Passes (Optional)
Then, you’ll get an email with many other family passes or options to purchase.
If you’re interested in bowling with your kids, this is a great time to sign up.
3 – Wait For Coupons
Depending on when you register and when your program starts, you may have some time to wait for these.
Once the program starts, you’ll get emails or texts (in April or May) with your coupons for FREE bowling.
4 – Go Bowling!
Every Sunday morning all summer, you’ll receive coupons via email or text (whichever you choose when you sign up) from Kids Bowl Free for TWO FREE bowling games per day, per child.
Download or print your coupons and head to one of the designated locations listed below to enjoy fun for the whole family.

Q1 – When does Kids Bowl Free start?
Registration for the program starts in March; most bowling alleys start the free bowling passes in either April or May.
Q2 – Who can participate in Kids Bowl Free?
Kids Bowl Free is offered for ages 2 – 15 years old.
Q3 – What does Kids Bowl Free include?
2 FREE games of bowling each day during the summer. Bowling alleys may place restrictions on eligible days or operating hours.
Q4 – How does Kids Bowl Free work?
Every Sunday, you’ll receive a coupon link by email or text. The message will include specific times available with the coupon. Download or print your coupons and show them at check-in.
Q5 – Which Bowling Alleys Participate in Kids Bowl Free?

Q6 – Is Shoe Rental Included in Kids Bowl Free?
No. Shoe rental costs vary at each location and are not included in the Kids Bowl Free package.
