The culmination of a month-long wait amid other fall festivities and October 31st will be upon us – time to trick-or-treat.

Halloween is around the corner and we’ve been counting the days. Kids will head out in area neighborhoods to score candy and other goodies, rain or shine – we’re keeping our fingers crossed for more shine, less rain.
